However, illegals would be required to pass a background check, pay special fees associated with a new “Lawful Prospective Immigrant” visa, learn English and pay back-taxes in exchange for a Green Card. Is Obama’s plan fair or too stringent, and will it leave behind those that need help the most? We talked about Obama’s draft in detail with:

During an interview on “Let Your Voice Be Heard! on Feb. 10, hip hop pioneer and business magnate Russell Simmons adamantly defended his controversial RushCard against critics who claim that the prepaid Visa debit card exploits disadvantaged people who don’t have bank accounts or sufficient credit . Simmons argued that the RushCard actually helps working and middle class people by offering them reasonable alternatives to big banks. However, opponents protest that card users are hit with too many fees to access and use their money on a day-to-day basis. Is the system of prepaid debit a good alternative to big banks or does it put the unbanked at a disadvantage? We spoke to Financial Advisor and Guru:
