U.S. Tapping German Phone Lines
According to a German magazine on an average month, the United States government has tapped at least a half billion Phones, emails, and text messages from German citizens.

The information comes from non other than U.S. Fugitize and alleged whistelblower Eric Snowden. The document along with showing that the U.S. was spying on its German ally also state that Germany was seen as a “third class partner” and was receiving the strongest level of survailance in the European nation, putting them on the same level as China, Iran and Iraq.
According to the report:
on an average day, the NSA monitored about 20 million German phone connections and 10 million internet data sets, rising to 60 million phone connections on busy days.
This news has left some European nations furious wit hthe US government and have left them contemplating the possibility of suspending free trade talks between Washington and the EU. Snowden has been on the run from the U.S. government for at least two months now and is currently waiting to see if Ecuador approves his Asylum request.
